HEROES OF OLYMPUS: THE HOUSE OF HADES

And while they are going through Tartarus, the other 7 people on the Argo II including Coach Hedge and Nico di Angelo sail their way to Greece, to close the Doors of Death. To stop the monsters from resurrecting.
Review:
I would say this book gives spotlight on some old original Percy Jackson series moments i.e Percabeth and Nico di Angelo. Everyone who missed Percabeth alot, congratulations! Your wish has been granted. Nico di Angelo fans, please brace yourselves. A lot about Nico is uncovered in this book.
The good news was that Annabeth and Percy were alive and they were trudging through the pit of eternal damnation to get the Doors of Death, encountering the occasional monster or crazy-old god who finds immense pleasure in killing demigods. They also manage to send a message to Camp Half-Blood, from Tartarus. I'm not going to go in the details of their journey right now but it was torture, to say the least.
The situation aboard the Argo II was not the best either. Monster attacks were even more frequent than meal time. They had a 40-foot tall Athena statue on board that, unfortunately for the demigods, was of whatsoever no help. They only knew one thing: Go to Greece, save Percy and Annabeth at all costs.
I can't go in much detail of the journeys of either party (because then the book would be no fun) so I’ll just leave some interesting tidbits.
Nico di Angelo. A very shocking discovery about him is made, that fills up all the little gaps from his life. A discovery that will make one understand his behavior.
Leo Valdez. The one single guy out of the 7 demigods from the prophecy. The “seventh wheel”. Let me just spill the beans, he may or may not get a girlfriend.
Hazel Levesque. In addition to producing precious metals out of soil and being able to ride an immortal horse, she gains more power. Something that proves extremely handy throughout the journey
Frank Zhang. He finally gets the deserved attention along with a major persona glow-up.
With that being said, maybe Percy and Annabeth do manage to get out of the eternal pit of damnation. But at what cost?
